2. If you intend to purchase an item (for sure buyers only), kindly fill up an Order Form:

Do not submit an Order Form unless you are sure of your purchase. Once the same has been submitted, cancellation shall not be allowed (unless of course the item is no longer available).
3. Upon receipt of the Order Form, you shall receive a notice of availability of the item within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of notice of availability of an item, the item shall be considered RESERVED.
4. Reservations are valid for one week or seven (7) days, from the time of confirmation of the availability of the desired item. Once payment is not made on the date stated in the Order Form, the item will be made available to all again.*
*Although I really hate to do this, due to the number of joy-“reservers” and joy-bidders (in the case of items on auction), I reserve the right to post the names of such persons in the “Blacklisted” album.
5. For those who already submitted an Order Form, let me know as soon as possible if you do encounter a problem with respect to paying for the items you reserved. I do allow GRACE PERIODS.
6. Accepted Modes of Payment:
(a) G-Cash
(b) Bank Transfer (Bank of Commerce or Union Bank). The details of my bank account will be made available as soon as you submit an Order Form and indicate that you will be utilizing this mode of payment.
(c) Cash on Delivery **
** For C.O.D., kindly note that I no longer do meet-ups. However, the buyer may make arrangements for pick-up of the item at the seller’s residence.
7. Unless otherwise stated (i.e. promos on free shipping, etc.), the buyer shall handle the cost of shipping. Considering that XEND now requires a one-day advance notice for pick-ups and in order to serve you better, items shall now be shipped via AIR21.
Shipping cost shall be as follows:
Php80.00 – within Metro Manila
Php100.00 – outside Metro Manila
8. Again, should you desire to have your items picked-up, the same may be arranged.
9. As soon as your order has been shipped, your tracking number shall be posted in the “Calendar” section of my website.
10. All sales are considered final, except for items which are damaged. No refunds shall be allowed for items which have been used or taken out of their packaging.
11. In the event that the item is damaged, a request for refund may be made, provided that the buyer informs the seller within three (3) days from receipt of the item. Shipping of the item to the seller shall be for the sole and exclusive account of the buyer. Refunds shall be made only via Gcash.
The foregoing terms and conditions shall be effective today, 9 October 2007.
